Qigong and tai chi involve gentle flowing movements that have been used by millions of people all round the world to boost health and wellbeing. They are relatively simple to learn and benefits can be experienced immediately.
As a working mother I know all about juggling, so I'm committed to showing people how a little practice can become a welcome part of your daily routine, helping you to stand your ground and meet life's challenges with more ease. One of the things I love most about London is the access to nature, whether it's the rolling expanses of Hampstead Heath or the quiet corners of urban courtyards. And one of the things I love most about qigong and tai chi is that you can take them anywhere - no special equipment required. So the practices I teach are highly adaptable to both indoor and outdoor environments.​
